Cancelling rights with Carpetright

I believe in the cancellation rights I have up to 14 days to cancel, however with it been vinyl and having to be cut, if they have already done this, I wouldn’t get my money back? 

I had an estimator come out and do the measuring and then I spoke to their telesales team over the telephone and got my quote and placed the order and paid. 

I then discovered once I got my invoice that they had put the wrong store down as the local store on the invoice and it was not my local store. As I will be having it fitted they said it needed to go to the local store so they could arrange delivery and fitting. 

I spoke with them and they said they would need to sort it so it’s redirected to my local store. 

Seem to be going round in circles though and getting different information, as one advisor has said it would arrive at the local store early this week coming as the stores get two deliveries a week and when I spoke with the store this morning they are telling me their next delivery isn’t until this coming Friday. 

If they have cut it I’m assuming if I cancel I would lose my money? So probably best to grit my teeth and just let it take as long as it takes?
