It is across the whole week - and some people will be playing on a physical game card as well.

My father appears to have won a small amount but he has been trying to call the number to claim solidly from 9am. Its constantly engaged.  Given that they have set a deadline of 4pm to claim I am beginning to smell a rat.   Surely it can't be that so many people have won so as to render the claim line constantly blocked?
