Good afternoon everyone.
Cold and increasingly blowy here today. I am having a couple of days of an IBS flare, so not been doing very much. Usual Friday walk to and from the market, it was sunny and not too chilly.

We are due (fingers crossed) to take our caravan out for a few days next Sunday, just over an hour away into Wales, no on-site showers, loos or shop until 17th May, but we can manage by being self-contained for a few days for a change of scene.  We have sorted some tinned and packet shelf stable foods into there today, and I have the promise of a visit to Waitrose for yummy things.  I no longer want to do very much cooking in the confines of the van, but take the Remoska and have a mw, not sure if we will be able to buy any take away meals, but the SM will have lots of nice things I am sure.

I hope that the sleep fairies will do their thing soon for everyone struggling, I seem to be needing so much less sleep these days, late bed, early awake, but could do with more energy for when I am awake.
