Neighbour doing 'homers on cars' ... Insurance query

    No need to tell any insurance about anything a neighbour does so stop worrying about that. 

    As far as stopping his business (we all know he probably isn't insured, isn't declaring that income and hasn't got permission from the council and anyone who suggests he should be left alone should try living next door to such things - it's a daily nightmare), then get on to the council and also the waste water company that serves your area. They'd be very interested in someone who's allowing oil/petrol etc into the drains without a licence to discharge such things.
