Hi everyone,
I am near to completion on my flat, enquiries finalising with First Port for the leasehold pack and ready to go on the house I am buying, however at this late stage I have now been told I now need to contact Home Ground to obtain a sellers pack for the ground rent information and payment history.

I have heard it costs around £200, but I am more worried about how long it will take to arrive.
Does anyone have any experience in this and can advise on time scales?
Thank You
Thank You

We are selling our leasehold flat and Home Ground are our Ground Rent management company too.It took 6 days to get the pack - but I did have to chase it on Day6.They were waiting for the payment to clear before they sent it out, so I sent them proof of payment so that they would release it.That was about 6 weeks ago, still waiting on our buyer’s conveyancer to review the pack...1

6 weeks to review, that sounds excessive! I was told there were no queries to be raised from the ground rent pack, apparently it’s just payment confirmations to send to the buyers solicitor. Fingers crossed you get a response soon0
