Help - faulty door, paid for with credit card

We had a door installed last year. Within 6 months we started to have problems and notified the installer. They came out and seemed to fix it, but it soon began happening again. Installer came out again and now says it is a fault with the door. OK, let's get the manufacturer out. They told us the door manufacturer is not doing site visits (due to Covid), but we called the manufacturer and they said they were doing site visits! Installer now is dragging his feet about replacing a part. First the wrong part was sent, then they cant get hold of the supplier.
Installer never contacts us. Every time we contact them they make up another excuse. This is just dragging on and on.
In addition, the installer makes false claims on their website about how many years of trading, and although has a British Fenestration Rating Council logo it seems they are not a member.
We paid with credit card. Is Section 75 or Chargeback a good option here? And if so, is one better than the other?

Thank you @liggerz87 the door cost £2,400. Can I ask why you suggest Section 75 over Chargeback?

I think you only have 120 days to initiate a chargeback.
S75, however, makes the CC company jointly liable so there is a longer time frame. Notify your CC company now. You don't have to deal with the supplier at all.0 -
