Buyer not paying

You can use the cancel option if using Seller Hub after 5 days and this gives the buyer unpaid strike as before

Thank you for the reminder, I posted about that a few months back and then ebay went very quiet and no one I’ve seen mention unpaid seems to have that option yet. I do very few auction style listings so have no way of knowing even whether I have it.steveE2 said:You can use the cancel option if using Seller Hub after 5 days and this gives the buyer unpaid strike as before

Just used this as a seller, a genuine improvement to the unpaid item process.
As a buyer it might be a bit annoying if the seller has set it up automatically and you want to wait a few weeks to bid on other items for combined postage.0 -
Why would any buyer expect a seller to wait ' a few weeks' in case they wanted to buy something else though? I am happy with auction items to be combined where possible, but within reason and would also expect buyer to actually message me to confirm that was what they were doing - if they don't tell me then I assume they are just not paying . At worst the longest time between auctions ending is 10 days and I would even consider a 10 day wait unacceptable.hermante said:Just used this as a seller, a genuine improvement to the unpaid item process.
