Does anyone have an opinion on this antivirus.
I really just want to put it on an old laptop which is mainly used for microsoft office.
Do you think it will work on a 10 year old laptop?

If you don't access the internet you don't need any antivirus.1

Internet or not, no need to pay for extra software such as TotalAV. Free solutions such as AVG or Avast exist, if you are running Windows 10 I would not even bother with anything extra as Windows Defender will do a solid job.

You could always upgrade the old laptop to Windows 10 at no cost.

Why not install Office on the HP? Radical I know.
Get rid of Norton anyway.. Microsoft Security Essentials is still available for basic protection: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=52011 -
Putting anti-virus on a computer that doesn't go on the internet is like putting separate anti-freeze solution in the windscreen washer reservoir of the car at the height of summer - pointless.
