Online Custom Made item faulty - can I get a refund?

Hi, I would be grateful if anyone could help clarify what my rights are for a custom made furnishings product ordered online -

I placed a made to measure curtain order (£900 ish) with JL.com at the beginning of March, however on receipt I found them to be faulty - very poor workmanship and the pattern wasn't straight! I spoke to JL who arranged for them to be collected and returned to their manufacturer to be sorted out.  They have now come back and are hardly any different.  Am I entitled to ask for a full refund? I really don't want them to say they will try and sort them out again, they have already tried once and don't appear to have done anything so I don't have a lot of confidence and it is an awful lot of money for something I am not 100% happy with.

    Yeap, if they've had one attempt at repair and the goods still do not conform to the contract you may contact them to advise you exercising your final right to reject the goods:

    (5)A consumer who has the right to a price reduction and the final right to reject may only exercise one (not both), and may only do so in one of these situations—

    (a)after one repair or one replacement, the goods do not conform to the contract;

    As a side note I would say the pattern not being straight would be a minor defect and so reason to reject.

    (3)The quality of goods includes their state and condition; and the following aspects (among others) are in appropriate cases aspects of the quality of goods—

    (a)fitness for all the purposes for which goods of that kind are usually supplied;

    (b)appearance and finish;

    (c)freedom from minor defects;

    (d)safety;

    (e)durability.
