But when I signed papers for being guarantor didn't know what I am doing and for that I am appealing .I thought I am just a reference like when I bought a house and needed someone reference.
Did the papers not have any writing on them that you could read explaining what you were signing for?
It was very quick everything done on a mobile phone the person put details I didn't know I will be responsible and there was no information about it at this stage ..I even didn't know such a thing exist like someone take money but other person responsible .My score is 999 excellent in my whole life never missed any payment don't have any loads credit cards nothing just mortgage so I didn't know there is such a thing .

Did you have a phone conversation with George Banco before the loan was set up? If you did, you can ask for a recording of that call. I could be useful in your FOS complaint, as it may prove the guarantee was not properly explained to you.

No nobody called me .That's what I did I asked for a record of a phone call conversation. Had a great help from Citizen advice bureau and friends who is union rep on a daily basis so the letters where sent to George Banco until the deadlock letters so I have the email from FOS with the case number but the problem is IT ALL STUCK since more than a year no movement no reply no questions nothing.I don't want to lie that my situation is bad just to get help but this waiting is killing me .

How long it might take any max limit ?I know that FOS no longer takes complaints for Amigo so maybe now will have more time for other complaints

I am not providing inside details just because poeople have tendency to skip a long long messages so I keep it short .There is no long story to it either .The person who took loan is paying every single month and everything is fine. But when I signed papers for being guarantor didn't know what I am doing and for that I am appealing .I thought I am just a reference like when I bought a house and needed someone reference. So the person kindly skip that part of explaining me to details and I haven't asked as it was technically none of my business what these money are for .So that's the whole story .Even though everything is perfect I don't know if tomorrow everything goes wrong ?That's why I am appealing.
    I'm still not getting it...sorry but I don't see a complaint.

"The person who took the loan is paying every single month and everything is fine" - so George Banco are not asking you to pay the loan because they have not defaulted.   AS long as this continues then I believe youve nothing to worry about.

"When I signed the papers for being guarantor didn't know what I am doing"  - Not George Banco faults, that's your fault.  When I took mine out they spoke to my guarantor and explained the whole situation.  That was in Sep 2019 so some 18 months ago.

Have you spoken to George Banco?  Have you raised a complaint with them?  My understanding is you cant go to the FOS without going to the Bank first.   Is not the simplest thing to do, tell them you withdraw as guarantor and ask the barrower to find a new one.
