You've started three threads about this. All in different parts of the forum.
It's not clear what you want to know, or whether you're just spamming the forum.
Some more information on what's happened and what the problem is that you've gone to FOS for would be a good start.

OP says (if I can understand the ramble) that they submitted their FOS complaint a year ago and still no response.
If that is really the case, then a formal complaint to the FOS is the obvious next move.No free lunch, and no free laptop1 -
Thank you,do you mean the formal complaint to the FOS about the FOS response? But what about if they say there are cases more urgent than mine ?0

As a company, Yes there interest rate is massive, but the person who took the loan out would have known this. Equally as a guarantor of the loan, you would have been made aware of this on agreeing to be guarantor. As such if the person who took the loan out does not pay the repayment you will be liable for it and future payments on the outstanding loan.

So you will just have to bear with them, and lower your expectations a little, they will get around to your complaint, it will just take them longer than normal, surely due to the current circumstances you can appreciate that.
Also it would help your cause greatly if you could please provide as much information pertaining to your questions as possible when posting a thread, that way information is not drip fed to us, and you will get your answers a lot quicker.

Well I have been waiting more than 1 year now for my case even to be allocated. As I see on their web i t's says : When you first send us information about your complaint, you should hear back from us within 10 working days...then it's says
- Once the case handler has completed their investigation, they will give you an initial assessment of your case. Typically, this part of our process takes up to 90 days.

I am not providing inside details just because poeople have tendency to skip a long long messages so I keep it short .There is no long story to it either .The person who took loan is paying every single month and everything is fine. But when I signed papers for being guarantor didn't know what I am doing and for that I am appealing .I thought I am just a reference like when I bought a house and needed someone reference. So the person kindly skip that part of explaining me to details and I haven't asked as it was technically none of my business what these money are for .So that's the whole story .Even though everything is perfect I don't know if tomorrow everything goes wrong ?That's why I am appealing.0
