Problems with Jaja app

I usually log into my Jaja app 5-6 times a week to check my balance. Then I log out again.
Today on logging out, it takes me to the screen to enter my pin and the 2 options at the bottom of the screen are ‘reset’ and ‘Forget this device’, neither of which I want to doinhave just closed the app for the moment. Anybody else experiencing this?
