Lost or Stolen parcel

H I ordered a SUP(£444) in February with free delivery supposedly delivered by UPS on Friday 19th March left outside at my works address on a busy main road after my work was closed until Monday morning when my works opened again parcel is missing I never left any instructions to leave it somewhere safe what are my rights please

What did you buy, from where and were you purchasing as a business or a consumer?In general the retailer will need to provide a refund or replacement and claim from UPS for the loss.1

Go back to the retailer and tell them you have not received the goods you purchased from them0
