Is any one else suffering with the problem of being unable to fund your account with cash? They really are showing themselves to be a shambles and completely incompetent. It's the first time I have actually looked at online reviews and their Trustpilot rating is abysmal. I have always found them a bit slow but otherwise OKish. Currently I have thousands gone from my current account but not appeared in my ISA. It was supposed to be in a queue? and arrive last night but it is still missing. I suppose I will have to phone them up and wait a couple of hours to talk to somebody who won't be able to sort it out again.

You could try the online chat, but like you expect with the phone call, it probably won't resolve your missing funds either but might save you the 2 hour wait to speak to someone.

There's a notice on the website saying they are aware of issues. I had trouble depositing yesterday at iWeb (same system) but that resolved itself within a couple of hours.

I have got caught up in this fiasco too. They haven't got a clue what they are doing. Keep telling me it will be in my account soon and it isn't. Will have taken over 2 days to transfer cash from my Halifax current account into my Halifax ISA. It's certainly not a platform for someone who trades regularly to use. I have complained that they were slow in the past but this is beyond a joke.

Not doing any funding at the moment, but I’ve never had an issue in the past.

I tried to fund my iWeb ISA today. It's still not working. There is no sign of any attempted authorisation at my bank.

I'd normally be funding my iWeb S&S ISA about now, but due to the fact I went all-in on equities in the pandemic crash, I'm still replenishing cash reserves. Looks like I've dodged a bullet and I think I'll refrain from adding any cash for a while.
It is a shame they don't have a bank transfer option.

True, but they could still lose it.

I've successfully funded my account today. Used Edge rather than Firefox and it was accepted remarkably quickly, none of the usual "waiting for your bank to authorise."  Checked my bank and it's gone through OK.

It would provide an alternative option not dependent on their card payment provider. There tend to be more moving parts in a card transaction. They are great when they work, but more that can go wrong.

How are you all funding your accounts? Card payment option from Halifax/iWeb account? Or bank transfer?

Whenever I've paid into my iWeb account using card it appears instantly but isn't debited from account for a day or two
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Same for me.  Instant transfer from bank account, all on line, no problems.
