Hello year ago I have sent complaint still haven't heard anything from FOS,once I called and I was told my case is waiting in the que to be allocated to a handled .When I send emails no reply whatsoever and no update since .I am not sure what to do .

The reality is different than advices on the website we read for example to send an email if we would like to get information or that our case is usually being looked at within 3 months-1
