Hello - I’m hoping someone can help me please. I’ve had my phone for over a year now. Recently I received the above message when trying to retrieve my aol emails. I’ve put in my password and it says “Validating server settings”, then, “Problem with account setup. Your username or password is incorrect.”
I haven’t changed anything at anytime and I can’t for the life of me get rid of this and in turn it won’t display my up to date emails. Any suggestions would be gratefully received please! Thank you.

Try logging into your email account via a PC to see if there are any issues. If there's nothing working and the account details are correct, remove and re-create the account on your Samsung device.1
