I'd love to have a go at making one for a christmas pressie and wondered if anyone knew of something was that out there for free, and for non techy minded people. I know how to use Powerpoint cos of using it with the kids at school.

thanks Browntoa, thats really good. I am just working my way around it, and trying to get to grips with what it does. Have you any idea what sort of music files it supports? I have some normal CD's saved on my computer, but it doesnt support that format.:hello:  please play nicely children !0

if you use Windows media player to rip your cds to your hard drive, turn off DRM
If you are using Windows Media player 11, go to Tools | Options | Rip Music
In rip settings section, uncheck Copy Protect Music
Also in the Rip Music tab, change the format to MP3, in the Format section0
