Can we Redirect Royal Mail letters, so it comes to the Post office, where we can go and collect it?

Mail, letters, invoices, bank statements etc come to an address which is now longer stayed in due to a covid situation (bit of a long topic to get into)

Basically want to know with Royal Mail redirection service, do they do the service where all these letters can be redirected /kept at one of their Royal mail branches/depot, where we can go to get them,  with showing ID to them.

Rather than redirecting to a New address, do Royal Mail offer the service to redirect mail to their post branches/depots where we can physically go and collect it?

You will need to get a PO Box and redirect to that which will allow you to collect it from the sorting office.

As said. RM no longer offer mail collect.
so its a PO box or redirection. keep in mind you will need an address to go with the PO box

Do you mean a NON PObox address?  or you mean the POBOX address, when you say you need an address to go with it?

and will they send any post to this POBOX address?

I think what you need is PO Box Transfer service from Royal mail - can buy on their website, but it's not cheap

Yes. When you buy a PO box from RM you will still need a billing address.
This address can also be requested from RM by anyone.
Default for a PO box is held at the delivery office. to have the po box mail delivered to an address costs more
PO box can be up and running in a few days.
