Currys 6 month replacement saga

Hi! Hope someone can help!
Last October our freezer broke and was deemed unrepairable (they sent someone to try). The warrantee ended in November so obv is covered for replacement. Due to covid there has been seemingly a national shortage of fridges and freezers, which I understand, but we were told in December the freezers were coming back into stock, yet we never got one. I chased in January/February and was told that more were coming into stock and would be be available for its delivery that weekend - I confirmed that was fine yet no freezer arrived. I called again Feb and didn't get any further with a reason why it didn't happen. He seemed the think that because we are now out of warrantee (even though of course it was IN warrantee when it broke and replacement was arranged) that this might be causing an issue. We got cut off as the department he put me through to wasn't in office.
I called again a few weeks ago and thought the lady I spoke to was being helpful. Apparently I needed an 'atlas reference number" which we'd never been given, she said she'd requested it and that I would receive a text notification within 48 hours so our replacement could proceed. She also (apparently) escalated the £30 compensation we were supposed to be reimbursed with in October to go towards all the food we lost when the freezer broke.

Still nothing has happened and I am so fed up of spending hours on the phone being told promises that never happen!!
Where do I stand with this? Web chat is never working so I can't get screen shots of what they promise. How on earth do I get this resolved? Are they breaching anything?

Sorry for the long post but hopefully someone has read this far and might be willing to help!!
Thanks so much!

Who is they ??Currys or the manufacturer .
Are you claiming under warranty against the manufacturer  .
Or the law  thats the Consumer Rights Act against Currys .

fill out a moneyclaim online for the cost if a new freezer plus claim fees and see if they respond before the court case.

"They" are Currys - both sellers and manufacturer. We have gone through them for all proceedings and it is them who offered the replacement.

I did not know Currys actually made stuff , rebranded probably .
Remember warranty is not your Consumer Rights .
