Hallway Smells like Weed constantly

Could it be seeping in through floorboards or even plug sockets (I've heard of this happening)? I have a very similar problem but it's cigarette smoke. it's absolutely vile and is ruining my life in all honesty...the bedroom, where I work, is where it's worst, and it sets of my asthma and irritates my sinuses, giving me bad headaches and making me groggy. I can hardly tell my neighbours they can't smoke in their own flat, so it seems I'm just stuck with it. It's awful.

In my flat sometimes the internal bathroom smells of weed and I believe it's coming through from the extractor fan.

It's pretty easy to find out from which flat it's coming from, you just need to go sniff around in the communal staircase. After you know where it comes from, you should just report it as an antisocial behaviour incident to your council (although check that drug use is considered anti social behaviour by your local authority). I report it EVERY SINGLE TIME I smell weed, anyways chances are the council won't do much because in general they're just a bunch of lazy c**ts
