Thanks guys, I am going to do a new SOA, and put it up, I really need to stop wasting money, not just on Smoking, but I know I waste a lot of money.........
It’s so easy. It’s the world we live in, where everywhere you are encouraged to spend your money on things and in ways you don’t need to. Don’t beat yourself up about it, just change your habits.

We have been encouraged to pay for everything by contactless card in the last few months and that makes it easier to spend money. It’s more difficult to spend cash, real money. When I was in debt, I used to ask myself « do I need it? Can I afford it? Do I really want it? And walk away. If I forgot about it, well I didn’t really want it, did I?

Yeah, well long story short my debt originated in gambling, I got hooked on online gambling, and thats the same as youmention above, you dont realise how much you're spending, I could easily put £200 in on payday, but if I was in an actual bookies shop there is no way i would have them £200 over the counter, because I would see that as £200, as opposed the the repeated, £20/£30 online.
