New Build Wall

Hi all, I have reserved a new but plot (Persimmon) which is due to complete in June, I am after a little advice prior to a meeting I have with the site manager on Thursday;
On the drawing the garden wall is set about 2 metres within the external boundary (there is no neighbout that side and the wall is yet to be built), I am going to ask if they can push the wall back towards the boundary edge, the question is would they need to go back to planning etc to do this or with it being inside the property boundary is it a decision they can make? (I just don't want to be fobbed off with "we have to stick to the plans" if that is not the case. Thanks in advance, Cris

"No neighbour that side"... Is there a road junction? If so, it may be there for the visibility splay.0

What is the purpose of the wall if it's not on the boundary?I am not a cat (But my friend is)0

Firstly, congratulations on choosing Persimmon, a fine choice.
You would probably find it difficult to get them to change the plans and you would likely have to pay the extra costs involved. Does the wall run near to a road and a corner? It may have to be set back to increase visibility for drivers0 -

So I am going to ask that the wall runs down from the front of the garage and cuts back in, rather than straight down from the middle of the garage, the plan is not quite to proportion and what I am asking does not affect the shrubbery on the plans.1 -
