Have you had yours issued yet ?? They told me by 30th and it’s not done now so not going to be the 30th 

Nope told me 30th as well going to give them a call tomorrow to see what’s going on. 

They told me put a request in they have changed my amount reduced it by 79 pound but not issued yet

Did they say they sent a letter they never mentioned a letter to me just said it will take up to ten days and I rung back Wednesday and he said 10 days unless it gets security checked I said well it already has been looked at so if they do it again it’s just a joke really

I’ve received a surf form 2 letter, I only work for 3 contractors last year I have CIS statements from 2 but other one never gave me them but I put on my tax return as have invoices and bank statements to prove money gone in but no CIS. I have messaged but no response yet. What will happen if I don’t get them?

Nope no letter no nothing not issued they said ten working days this is the 6th but doubt it will be in by then they reduced my payment by 79 but put it through to be paid didn’t have to request so thought ide have it by now

I just wish they would all sing from the same hymn sheet! It’s stressful enough going through everything and checking that I’ve got my figures bang on, making sure I’ve sorted all of the husbands receipts out, without being told different things by different people.
I’ve always done his returns and never had any issues at all before. 

If they need to see anything I wish they would just say so we can arrange for it to happen! Or at least get rid of the “bank repayment pending” and instead put what is actually happening

I never received my letter either that they said they were sending out, just spoke with them on live chat and they have reduced my amount also by a fair amount 🤷🏼‍♀️ and issued it said should be in 3-5 working days so will wait and see.

Still not done mine he told me it was guna take upto ten days unless it goes to security I said well it has been checked it’s been reduced he just said yeah I know we say this to everyone it could take another 6 weeks so just think they tell ya out really

Just got a letter saying I made a error and was recalculated using cis payments and it will be paid into my bank account in 7- 10 days which it’s been and not issued but there’s been a bank holiday
