Yeah i did but had ring them sort my payment out, which i dont normally have to do ?

Just logged in and cheeked asked to request repayment again. WTH is going on

It could be related to these exceptions,

Yes. Minde didn’t even go pending at all. Next thing after 48 hours I check and it was there to be requested again
