Yes still pending , the date at the top is still the 9th so needs to update
  • It’s usually issued around 8-10 days so hopefully by the end of the week

Mine has changed to Bank repayment pending now, I think this means it has passed all security checks and is waiting to be paid out
  • I completed my self assessment on 6th April 2021 and have a small amount owing to me from HMRC.

In previous returns I have been able to request a repayment within a couple of days after completion however, despite the calculation clearly showing that I am owed money, when I click on the request a repayment option is states ‘Your SA records show you have no amounts available for repayment’.

Can anyone shed any light as I am having no joy getting hold of HMRC when trying to call.

Why didn't you just claim the refund when completing your return?

Have you checked your Self Assessment statement of account?

One has always been able to claim the refund as part of the tax return. See attached 2018 return under ‘ If you have paid too much tax’.
