It wasn't, because of their error which they agreed it was in their later email.0 -
No paperwork, it was all done over the phone. They set up the lump sum drawdown and set up a monthly payment for the 21-22 tax year at the same time, which has now began paying so that went through ok.Thrugelmir saidDid she submit all the necessary paperwork on the 5th?0
