Any problems with TSB logon?

Pass code comes across on mobile ok, but landline (which sometimes is more convenient) rings once and goes straight to dial tone. Waiting gives no more rings and dial tone, and answering during the first ringtone goes to dial tone. I've checked blocked numbers and it is not blocked (in which case it shouldn't ring anyway). Has anyone else issues with TSB? all my other pass codes come over landline fine.
