Mortgage Protection insurance no contact!

Hi,
I was getting my mortgage payments paid via my insurance due my illness but due to a change of circumstances I no longer have a mortgage . I've tried phoning and also sent two emails to them to inform them of this well in advance and to date no response. I've now received another monthly payment from them.
I am not going to hang on the phone again for over 30mins to get no answer and they have had two emails from me.
Any suggestions as I do not want money going into my account that I will only have to pay back.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you won't phone them, then a letter would probably be the only other route.
But I would phone them. With a speakerphone or hands free, it doesn't make much difference if you need to queue for a while.0 -
Many types of MPPi didnt actually need a mortgage to be in existence. They were effectively standalone to pay out benefit that happened to match the mortgage payment. Although some, typically the bank sold ones, would only pay if there was a mortgage and it was their mortgage.Any suggestions as I do not want money going into my account that I will only have to pay back.
You probably don't have a lot of choice if you are not willing to communicate with them.
This would have been better posted in the insurance section rather than the missold section.
