PayPal credit 12 months 0% interest offer

Not sure where to post this question, apologies if its in the wrong sub-forum. I had an email from PayPal saying all eBay purchases before midnight tonight (5th April 2021) over £99 are 12 months interest free credit. Am guessing its to guarantee repayments now that eBay arent using PayPal anymore.
Do you know if the period will extend, or available to non-eBay purchases over £99 as well? Had a look but couldnt see anything (but i may of missed it) . Will be ordering a few bits over the next couple of weeks but didnt want to rush into it today just to secure the 0% interest offer
