Will Toolstation Refund us ? (Gone 'slightly' past 30 days) and will an smartphone E-receipt do?

Have a few items got from toolstation,  
they are new, and have not been opened from their packaging.

The refund days is 
Should they take the refund if it is about 3-4 days after the refund period?
if we speak to the manager?

and will they accept the E-receipt which can be shown on the mobile smartphone? or it has to be a paper receipt?

Their site says you only need to "Bring your receipt, invoice or order reference number", but whether they refund after 30 days is simply a case of goodwill.

Asking to speak to the manager will only get their back up - they don’t have to do anything. 

Go in, be polite and hope for the best.
