Asbestos garage roof - worth getting it checked

Hi everyone, we're hoping to move soon, perhaps later this year. We have garage which may have a corrugated asbestos cement roof. I say may, as it looks like asbestos but potentially it could just be more modern corrugated fibre cement. The rest of the garage is concrete panels. I believe it was built late 1990s (according to our neighbour).
I've never given it much thought for the last 10 years but with getting the house tidied up I was wondering from a buyers perspective if it's worth me getting it tested?
Logic tells me even if it does contain asbestos the roof is in good nick, no obvious damage and removing it would seem pretty pointless.
Also one paranoid question, we have the usual garage full of stuff including bikes, boxes etc. The underside of the roof is untreated. Am I right to assume even if it does contain asbestos because its contained in cement the dust I do have in the garage is of the safe variety? Many thanks

Pretty commonplace to have asbestos roofs, I wouldn't be bothered unless it's crumbling away.2

I've got a concrete garage roof. Agree that there's no significant concern if it's in decent condition. If you're confident it's not asbestos, you could get it tested so you can reassure potential buyers (who may think it's asbestos when they see it).
No point in removing an asbestos concrete roof if it is in good nick. All that will do is release more asbestos than leaving it in place would (and mean you have to dispose of the old roof and pay for a new one)1
