Wychwood Park Estate & Golf Club, Nr Crewe - Management/Service Charge fees

Does anyone know what the service charge fees like on the above development?  Daughter is keen on a property there, but hoping to get a heads up on likely fees before half way through the conveyancing process.  Many thanks!

Going by the name alone, I'm going to guess at "substantial".

Are these newbuilds? What do the developers say?

Found an old listing for a new build 5 bed house for £600K.  Service charge quoted at £1300 to £1400 per annum.

AdrianC - Not new builds, the estate is some years old now.  It is a gated community with 24 hour security on the gates, a hotel, golf clubhouse and golf course.
Silvertabby - Thank you, that's helpful!

Can you not ask the agents?
When i was looking for leasehold property the agents were always able to give me an answer to this

So the vendor will be able to tell you what they've been historically.

Upgrade that "substantial" to "winceworthy". Somebody needs to pay for that lot.

Agents only know what the vendor tells them unfortunately.
