barclay card life of balance questions

I have a barclay visa card and barclay mastercard and i need to shift some credit from another card i have which the 0% ends soon to my barclaycard.
I am currently being offered 6.9% for life of balance with barclay,not sure if it ends soon or a ongoing thing all the time,but dont want to leave it too late.
I have no other options at this time to reduce my interest for another 0% deal with another card and thought this barclay card would be cool.
What is or how can i work out what 6.9 per annum is. and also will i be able to shift my money from that 0% card to both my master and visa card,both being live of balance or is the deal only for on card.
anyone know.
