Thanks, they've obviously updated the question since I posted it. I messaged them last month about the problems & they looked into it for me & got it fixed so maybe if you email them

It's very temperamental, quite often sticks like that. Try again tomorrow & if it doesn't work drop him an email, he always replies & sorts it out but it's obviously a recurring glitch.
