Only one entry per person will be accepted.

The competition winner will be chosen at random and will be notified within 14 days of the competition ending.
The competition winner's name may be used to announce the winner.
The prize is for seven pairs of Mint Velvet shoes, to be chosen by the winner, depending on stock availability.
The competition prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be made available.

I take midnight 5th May 2021 BST, to mean 00.00 on 5th May, hence the end date of 4th May as you won't be able to enter at 00.01 on 5th May.

That's fine, I just thought I'd share the terms and conditions.
Personally though I always think midnight to mean - midNIGHT, the night of 5th of May. Otherwise most comps put 23:59 4th of May or 00:00 5th of May. But your way, it will make sure those that end date, will definitely have chance to enter. Thanks for posting.
