The comp for US residents is a Viking Cruise from Stockholm to Bergen and is a different comp to the one I have posted. 
The terms for the Andalucia comp are https://cnda.condenast.co.uk/competition/tr/2021-03-TR-RCA.html and it is open to UK and Eire residents only.

I understand why @ihateipswich was confused. You need to login or register to vote and if you opt to register, once you enter UK as your country, a message appears saying you must be a US resident to enter the sweepstakes. I just ignored that and continued to register, then vote and was able to enter the UK comp.
