Want to buy my neighbour’s shed

My neighbour has agreed in principle to me buying his shed/part of his garden. Would probably offer up to £1,000, so no great sums involved. I will be stumping up for the land registry fees etc but I’d be glad of any advice on doing the conveyancing/paperwork part myself?

Gather up all the relevant completed documents, put them in an envelope STICK THE STAMP ON and send them off Job done
