Hi so I've just received a note on my journal stating that I have been placed in the lcwra group on the 27th of March 2021 and I started my claim for universal credit on the 20th of September 2019 I first declared my health conditions in November 2019 and gave evidence of my health conditions on the 5th of February 2020 and I'm just a bit confused as to if they will backdate me for the money I may be owed as everytime I've rang about this I've been given no straight answers how long will i be waiting for this payment if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated thank you

LCWRA status will be backdated to the date you declared the health condition. However the LCWRA element is only payable for the fourth AP after the one in which you declared it. When in November you declared your health condition therefore makes a difference.
Your assessment period (AP) runs from 20th to 19th of each month.
If you declared your health condition before 20th November then it was declared in the October - November AP. The LCWRA element would be payable for the 20th Feb to 19th March AP (paid on 26th March).
If you declared it on or after 20th November you declared it in the November-December AP and the LCWRA element is payable for the 20th March to 19th April AP (payable on 26th April).
Note however that if you have had any earnings since November but without a Work Allowance you may be entitled to arrears of UC because with LCWRA there would be a Work Allowance and therefore the earnings deduction would be less.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -

I suggest you remove your screenshots as these contain your name.
It appears you reported your health change on 29th November, therefore
I don't understand what is not clear about that.calcotti said: If you declared it on or after 20th November you declared it in the November-December AP and the LCWRA element is payable for the 20th March to 19th April AP (payable on 26th April).
You are due the LCWRA element from the payment you had on 26th April 2020 onwards.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.2 -
