Neon Reef Electricity invoicing?

As someone new to Neon Reef as my supplier, could some older hand tell me how i can download/print my monthly invoice. NR do not (as yet) email my invoice to me, and when i visit 'My invoices' in my online view there is just a list of my Direct Debits thus far paid with no functionality to facilitate my viewing or printing my monthly invoice.
Is this the same for all? I was assuming things would settle down but am now in my second month.
Additionally, my referrer has not recieved his referring bonus payment of £25, though i have an amount showing on my payment list of £25 which i have to assume is my 'referred customer' payment. I cant check this is the expected amount due to lack of functionality in 'my invoices' as said above. ???
I have messaged NR but no response as yet.
Any views on this? Thanks in anticipation.

Login>My Account>Invoices>Bills & Payments>Ensure Show/Hide Bills is ticked>Click 'View' and a PDF of the bill should be displayed.
Bills are generated about 5 - 7 days after you submit a reading.

Just like Gerry says - they usually send an e-mail when the bill is ready and I get straight on and download and save mine

Although I guess the bill comes out 5-7 days after the billing date rather than after a reading, unless you send the reading in on the correct date. If you don't send one in or do it too early or too late they'll produce an estimated bill, so the closer to the billing date you make the reading submisiion, the more accurate the bill.

Thanks. I am not even getting email notification that my invoices are ready at present and so it might be early days for me to worry about it perhaps, as non of what you both have said 'works' on my online view at the mo. I will sit tight.
My referrer bye-the-way, now thinks he will get his bung having raised the issue with NR.

Looking at my account I see that my (first) invoice was produced on 26 March but I never received an email alerting me that it is available.

Look on terms 2.18 on their referrer scheme T&C's:   https://www.neonreef.co.uk/referral_scheme/

"....  upon cancellation of a User’s Neon Reef account for any reason, any Rewards accumulated by the User are forfeited."

So basically, as your account will always be in credit, when you change provider or they go out of business, you will lost the referrer bonuses anyway!

That is interesting and one to watch out for. I suspect  the ombudsman might have something to say about that perhaps. For my part, I have had my referral payment now and can at last download/print my first invoice too.

We switched from Utility Point to Neon Reef (not by choice) and the switch date was 5th Feb.  The Feb & Mar Direct Debits amount showed on Neon Reef app & site until yesterday when they finally raised the first bill (which I was able to download online).  I expect they just haven't created a bill for you yet.

(as an aside, Neon Reef have incorporated UP's erroneous billing amounts from 05/02 to 04/04 which has swallowed my DD payments, meaning I am being charged twice for the same units and daily standing charges...but that's another story in a neverending saga!)
