Cash Travellers Cheques

Hi everyone,
My cousin recently passed away and I'm appointed as an executor. I've found some travellers cheques issued in their name and we're wondering how they can be cashed in.
The majority are Thomas Cook Mastercard and I could find no useful information online.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best wishes
SG.
