    I don't know that I have settled status or not. I have a right to live in this country and to claim benefits though. Anyway I have decided to remain on JSA even though it seems it is unlikely that there would be a problem moving to UC I know I definitely can get money on JSA . Also it might be better to remain on JSA than UC as I am used to it. UC is new to me. Thank you all who have replied to my thread!

     If you had settled status you would know about it because you need to apply for it. 
     You should look at what you need to do now the UK has left the EU. 

    Its important you get evidence of your status by applying if you have not already. You will need evidence for renting, benefits, re entry to the country if you go on holiday etc

    If you are a EU citizen it is very important that you do obtain Settled Status before the end of June.
    if you are from another part of the world it is does not apply to you.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
