The flight issue needs more detail for an accurate answer, but one thing is certain - if the villa was available for you and you couldn't get there, that's not the villa owner's problem and you are not entitled to a refund for this part.
  • I booked a holiday for this June but due to the ongoing Corona virus situation my partner felt unsafe so in January I cancelled, on the beach refunded the hotel only but not the Ryanair flights, as we had given them 6 months notice and Ryanair are refunding flights they appear to be keeping my £250.  I am unable to contact anyone, his should I progress this further

Ryanair flights are non-refundable. The exception would be is if they cancel the flights.  If the flights are still scheduled to operate then there is no refund due although you may be able to change dates.

You need to look at the terms for cancellations https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/blog/beach-cancellationamendment-info/

"We pay the airlines upfront and in full for your flights, regardless of whether you’re paying for your holiday via our deposit scheme. Most flights are unfortunately non-refundable with the airline and therefore in the event of a cancellation, we would not be able to recover any of the flight cost for you. This means whether you placed your order with us 5 minutes ago, or 5 months ago, you will still need to cover the cost of your flights in full.

Hotels are a little different as most will allow cancellations outside of a month of travel.  In the event of a cancellation, we do our best to recover as much of this cost for our customers as possible. Unfortunately, this is based on the individual policies of the hotels and suppliers and is not always in our control."

Are the flights in June still scheduled to operate?

It is not forum etiquette to hijack an other posters as the replies get confusing.

But in your case you jumped  the gun and cancelled. So no refund.

You broke the contract. You should have waited, if the flight was cancelled which at this stage would be unlikely, then you would have recourse.
