The rules of intestacy; where the deceased is survived by uncles and aunts or their descendants.
In cases where an aunt or uncle has died, I understand their share of the inheritance will be divided among their children, but if their children have also died will the inheritance be divided by their children, that is to say the grandchildren of the uncle or aunt?
