Hi all
I recently set up an arrangement with TSB credit card and have been paying the arranged amount for about 4 months now. However my credit report is showing as missed payments for these months. I have queried and have been told because I am not making the minimum payments then this will be the case. I am so frustrated because I thought I had done the right thing by contacting them, and now worried about the fact it is still showing as missed payments, and concerned I may face a default even although this is something arranged between myself and TSB.
My husband has also called Barclaycard to arrange a payment plan and just wondered if anyone could give advice as to if this is a recommended option as I know that his credit file is likely to show as AP.
Any advice would be appreciated. We don't intend on getting any more credit, but I worry about future remortgage. Thanks in advance

If the arrangement is intended to be for more than a couple of months, he will be better off defaulting. An arrangement is just a polite way of saying default, but remains on your files for much longer.
Obviously making at least the minimum payment is the best option, if costs can be cut to enable that.0
