Title says it all.  Whatever it is has nibbled the leaves and snapped off a few flower stalks.  Insects? Animals?

What wildlife do have in the  garden? Rabbits? squirrels? Mice?

Rats, foxes, squirrels (a couple of weeks ago I saw 7 squirrels in the back garden, possibly a family outing as some were quite small), and I think there are mice.  As for the birds, collared doves, wood and feral pigeons, blue tits, great tits, a wren, robins, great spotted woodpeckers, magpies, crows, an occasional Jay and I spotted a pair of goldfinches last week.

Lol, I read that as "I spotted a pair of goldfish..."!  Wet enough here today for it!  :)

Definitely no goldfish! Been hoping for frogs or a toad to take advantage of my pond, but no takers.  Weather down here in London is lovely.  I’m sitting in the garden watching the parakeets (forgot to mention them) emptying the bird feeders ...

Usually it's pheasants that like to take the heads off flowers. I've had to use artificial ones at the cemetery.
I read your extensive list of wildlife (congratulations) I've got woodpigeons and flowering tulips also a squirrel so it's not them.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!

I have several large tubs planted with tulip bulbs, and they are being dug out and pilfered by badgers in the early hours of the morning. They aren't even scared off by my large dog doing hearty guard-duty woofing at the bedroom window.

Something very neatly cut the heads of my tulips last year, but did no other damage to the plants.  Never found out what caused it - if they had taken more stem it would have fed my paranoia and I would have assumed they were being stolen!  Only wildlife of note that routinely passes where they were growing is the badger.
