HI,
Been running a website for over a year now and today had a person saying they are going to contact to police and report my website because I took there data.
I dont know if there metal or what, we have a Privacy Policy page on the website.
I asked them what information is it we have took that they are concerned about and gave a refund, but no replay.
The only information we take is name, address (so we know where to send it) email (in case people dont give correct address).
Your thoughts.

Hold a magnet against them. That should tell you, unless they're non-ferrous.Poshsalt said:I dont know if there metal or what
Then check your privacy and cookie policies, to make sure it matches up with what you're actually doing.
They won't be reporting you to the police, but they could potentially complain to the ICO if they have enough time on their hands.2 -
Please tell me that you did not give them a refund because they threatened to report you to the police.1

Are you registered with ICO?I hope your grammar is better on your website.
