Switched to EDF from Green Energy
It’s been nearly 2 months since EDF took over accounts for green network energy. I’ve called and text them but their website still says it will take a few weeks to transfer accounts over: “Please wait for the welcome email”. Has everyone else been switched over? I am lost in the system? I feel like this is taking way too long.

I agree it's taking too long. Your GNE account is still live and you can still give your monthly reads.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
