Goods believed stolen in transit

Hi there, any advice welcome. On 20/02/21 I ordered a Garmin GPS watch from Go Outdoors at a cost of £364. On 26/02/21 a parcel was left in my porch for a matter of minutes and looked off. The bag had a long strip of white tape on it and felt light. On opening the bag it contained an empty box. I lodged a claim with go Outdoors who advised it would be dealt with within 28 days. I’m still waiting and keep getting told that it is being investigated. Still. I have no watch and am out of pocket. I paid on a debit card and have contacted the bank. Any other suggestions?

Wait for them to conclude their investigation would seem to be your best bet at this stage1
