SEISS 4th grant confirm details with HMRC problem

Hello, I became self employed at the beginning of 2019 so was not entitled to the first 3 grants. I received the letter from HMRC on 21/03 telling me they would call to confirm my details. They called me on Friday 26/03 and I gave them the email address for them to send me the dropbox link. This email with the link has not turned up yet and they told me it would be sent the same day. I managed to phone yesterday, was told it will be resent but still nothing. I've confirmed the email with them and it's definately right. 
Has anyone else had similar experience or know if the email takes a few days to arrive? I'm concerned as they say you only have 48hrs to use the link they've sent.

Check your junk folder, and whitelist the email address.

Yes I've checked the junk and deleted items folders just in case I swiped it by mistake but there's nothing. I just don't want to miss out on the grant if the email has gone astray...
