    The fee I paid for them to provide the service they didn’t fulfil, which is larger than the fine. I’ve also appealed the fine. On honesty I didn’t want to have to pay a fine for something as far as I was considered had been done and was paid to be done but it is what it is. They also didn’t provide the service they charged additionally to do.
